Independent uptime and outage data for the services online stores depend on, published on a fixed cadence and free to cite. Every figure comes from the same 2-minute checks that trigger StatusBird customers' alerts.
Quarterly: the State of E-commerce Infrastructure
A fixed calendar quarter, compared with the quarter before it: incident counts, combined downtime, availability by category and by service, when incidents start, and which infrastructure layer sits underneath. Published in the first week of January, April, July and October. Each report ships with a CSV and a JSON file so the data itself is citable, not just the prose.

Annual: the State of E-commerce Infrastructure 2026
A rolling 180-day view of the whole stack: uptime, grade, incident count and downtime for every monitored service, with category rankings and the raw per-service table. Use this one for "how is the stack doing lately"; use a quarterly report for a fixed, citable period.

Monthly: the E-commerce Outage Index
A month-by-month count of major and critical incidents across the stack, with combined downtime hours and the worst-affected service. A short recap post is published on the first of each month for the month that just ended.

Everything here is published under CC BY 4.0. Quote it, chart it, or redistribute it; all that is asked is attribution to StatusBird with a link. Nothing sits behind a form, and no permission request is needed. If you need a cut we do not publish, such as a specific service over a specific window, ask and we will pull it.
